USIC Receives the Seven Seals Award from the Department of Defense

USIC was presented with the Seven Seals Award by Indiana Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense office. The award recognizes significant individual or organizational achievement, initiative, or support that promotes and supports the ESGR mission of developing and promoting supportive work environments for Service members in the Reserve Components through outreach, recognition, and educational opportunities that increase awareness of applicable laws.  

USIC was honored with the Seven Seals Award at a ceremony at its corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 14, 2025.

ESGR was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
