Advanced Data Analytics

Machine learning and artificial intelligence enhance our capabilities for analyzing historical data and available prints to assess the level of risk to underground utilities from excavation. This information is used to identify high-risk locates and assign them to the most experienced technicians while providing increased oversight.

Ticket Management Solutions

  • USIC’s Customer Portal provides easy access to ticket status, photos, and locator notes from a desktop or mobile device and enables the user to search or filter tickets in a few easy steps.
  • DigCheck provides utilities and excavators with the status of their tickets for managing dig schedules and resources, photos and locator notes, and a range of options for searching and filtering tickets. DigCheck is accessible on iOS and Android devices.
