Yuvbir was named President & CEO of USIC in February 2024. He has extensive experience in leading global field service operations in the deployment of innovative solutions and a strong record of success in executing corporate renewals and long-term growth strategies for complex businesses. Prior to joining USIC, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions, a global provider of comprehensive chemical, equipment, and digital enabled services and products for addressing water availability and quality challenges. Previously, he served as a GE Company Officer with responsibility for the multinational conglomerate’s locomotive, mining, stationary power, marine, and drill businesses. In his 23-year tenure with GE, he held a range of leadership roles, including Vice President of Equipment for GE Transportation, Vice President of Global Locomotive Operations, and General Manager of Engineered Systems for Water and Process Technologies, as well as roles in Mergers and Acquisitions, with involvement in many strategic M&A transactions.
Yuvbir earned a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics from the University of Pune, India.
Richard joined USIC as chief operating officer in February 2023 with 30 years of operations leadership experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries, which included operations strategy and planning, field operations and service delivery and assurance. He most recently served as executive vice president of North America Operations for Lumen, prior to which he held roles in wireless engineering and product management with AT&T and served as chief operations officer for Cbeyond, BroadRiver Communications and BellSouth.net. During his tenure with Cbeyond, he received the Atlanta Telecom Professional of the Year Award for innovation in the data center space.
Richard has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a master's degree in information networking from Carnegie Mellon University.
Craig joined USIC as Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2023. A seasoned human resources leader with a background in technology, he held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Milliken & Company, a global textile and chemical company based in South Carolina. Previously, he served as a director of human resources and information technology functions for Intel Corporation, including talent acquisition and IT strategic planning, and as an instructor of the company's Management & Leadership Development Program.
Craig earned BA and MA degrees in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, an MBA from the University of Oregon, and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
With a long-standing commitment to community service, Craig has served on the boards of directors of non-profit organizations, such as the United Way of the Piedmont and Spartanburg Academic Movement.
Dane DoddEVP, Sales & Advanced Infrastructure Solutions
Dane joined USIC in March 2022 to lead USIC's Advanced Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) Division, comprised of affiliate companies Blood Hound Private Utility Locating, Reconn Utility Services. and On Target Utility Services. In November 2024, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Sales and Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, to lead the Commercial organization in optimizing the synergies between USIC's 811 and AIS businesses to achieve growth.
A proven business leader, Dane most recently served as senior vice president, U.S. operations for Prosegur, a global supplier of security services and technologies, and previously held executive operational roles at Contemporary Services Corporation, a leader in public safety management for large, complex events. He has also served as an infantry officer with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Dane earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's CORe program.
Deborah joined USIC as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in July 2024, prior to which she served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel for Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions with oversight of the global company’s legal, ethics, compliance, insurance, and enterprise risk mitigation functions. Previously, she spent more than 15 years with General Electric (GE), advancing from the role of Executive Counsel and Director – Transactions EHS to Associate General Counsel and then to General Counsel for GE Water and Process Technologies. She began her legal career in private practice in Melbourne, Australia and London, England.
A proven leader of transformational change and the advancement of diversity and inclusion, Deborah provides trusted counsel to the organization’s leaders and employees, drives business strategy, and builds and upholds company culture.
Deborah earned a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from LaTrobe University, a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University, and a Master of Laws from Melbourne University. She is admitted to the Law Society of England & Wales, is an Authorized House Counsel – Connecticut, and has a Business Counsel License - Indiana (admission pending).
Ben joined USIC as Chief Financial Officer in August 2023. A Managing Director of CFO Services with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement, Ben is a seasoned executive with a background in finance, operations, and information technology.
Ben earned an MBA degree in finance and international business from Columbia Business School and a BBA degree in public accountancy from Pace University.
David joined USIC in 2020 and is a senior-level corporate communications, government affairs and investor relations practitioner. For over thirty years, he has transformed communications as a strategic contributor, furthering the success of the enterprise within numerous diverse business environments.
David believes in leveraging communications and corporate affairs to help drive enterprise strategy. He crafts communication infrastructure to steadily contribute to equity value and sales revenue increases — while also being acutely responsive to unforeseen events. He sees communication as part of the corporation's nervous system, productively connecting personnel potentially isolated by distance, function or suboptimal organizational structure. He is a trusted advisor, valued business partner and functional expert who understands the role ceaseless preparation, planning and teamwork play in navigating today's challenging communication and legislative landscape.
Prior to joining USIC, David ran his own boutique consulting firm focusing on strategic communication initiatives. He has extensive executive experience in healthcare, transportation, retail, technology, pharmaceutical and logistics firms.
In his role at USIC, David also leads the marketing team, supporting the entirety of the USIC family of companies.
